Delete your account & data

Using PinpoinTV does not require an account. Signing in is optional and only backs up and syncs your History and Favorites across devices.

If you signed in, you can delete your account and all associated data at any time using either method below.

Option 1  Sign out in the app

Open Settings in the PinpoinTV app and choose Sign out. This removes your session and account data from that device.

Note: signing out clears the account from your device but does not, by itself, erase data already backed up to your account. To permanently delete server-side data, use Option 2.

Option 2  Request full deletion by email

To permanently delete your account and all associated server-side data, email us from the address associated with your account:

Use the subject line “Delete my PinpoinTV account.”

What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove:

• Your name (display name)
• Your email address
• Your Google account identifier
• Your synced History and Favorites

We complete deletion within 30 days, except where limited retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained.
